Added SkyDrive Shared Data

Using MSN SkyDrive I can share up to 25GB of data with anyone who visits the site. The online storage directory respects permissioning of folders so I can limit access to certain folders for privacy. SkyDrive is read only for all viewers except the owner, so you can view any files on my public SkyDrive, but you cannot add any files. If you want to send any files to me, ask me for details on the FTP Site.
